These Terms of Service apply to all users of MatIQ products and services including MatIQ Coach, MatIQ Pro, MatIQ Department, and Clear State by MatIQ. By signing up or purchasing you agree to these terms.
MatIQ is an operating system for athletic programs and athletes. Clear State by MatIQ is a mindset performance tool for competitive athletes. Neither MatIQ nor Clear State is therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you or your athlete are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
MatIQ subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you signed up. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD.
Founding program clients receive life-locked pricing for the duration of their active subscription. This rate will never increase as long as the subscription remains active. If a founding program client cancels and later re-subscribes, standard pricing applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@joinmatiq.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
MatIQ offers a 30-day performance guarantee on all program tiers. If MatIQ does not save your staff at least 5 hours per week on recruiting and roster management within the first 30 days, contact us at info@joinmatiq.com and we will refund every dollar. No forms. No explanation required. After 30 days, all sales are final except where required by law.
You agree to use MatIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use MatIQ to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of any third party, upload harmful or malicious content, or attempt to access another program's data or system.
You may not use MatIQ or Clear State to send harassing, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content. This includes but is not limited to explicit images, hate speech, content that sexualizes minors, or content intended to intimidate or harm others. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund. MatIQ reserves the right to report illegal content to appropriate authorities. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use Clear State.
If you are signing up on behalf of an athlete under the age of 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete and that you consent to their use of Clear State. By completing the purchase you confirm this consent on their behalf.
You own your data. MatIQ processes your data only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
By signing up for MatIQ or Clear State you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account and subscription. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
All MatIQ software, content, branding, and systems are the property of MatIQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the MatIQ platform without written permission.
MatIQ provides its services on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to MatIQ in the three months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify active users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of MatIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
