Most recruits email forty programs and hear back from two. Not because they are not good enough. Because they are emailing programs that already filled their weight.
Every program on it confirmed their needs with me directly. I check in with them every 90 days.
I am an active collegiate wrestling coach and an NCAA National Champion. I have sat on both sides of these calls. Now I get the recruiting emails, and I know which ones get read and which ones get deleted.

Getting the list is the easy part. Making sure you say the right thing is the actual challenge.

Cancel before I deliver your assessment and you get everything back. Cancel after the assessment and before I start the outreach package and you get half. Once the outreach package is delivered, it is yours.
I cannot make a coach write back. Some will not. What I can do is make sure you are emailing programs that actually need what your kid is, and that what you send is worth reading.
